my country has made new breakthroughs in the field of laser welding,but the application fields are still limited.To achieve large-scale applications in multiple fields,it is urgent to deepen collaborative innovation,in terms of the stability of higher power laser light sources,as well as welding processes,materials,and welding processes.Research on equipment requirements and welding process parameter monitoring and control technology to enhance the core competitiveness of the province’s laser welding industry.At the same time,it is necessary to speed up the formulation of relevant national standards and the introduction of policies to encourage the localization of welding equipment procurement,so as to better promote the innovation and development of the laser welding industry,and provide important equipment and technical support for building a strong country in aerospace,transportation,and ocean.
我国在激光焊接领域已取得了新突破,但应用领域仍然有限,要实现多领域大规模应用,亟待通过深化协同创新,在更高功率的激光器光源稳定性上,以及焊接工艺及材料、焊接工艺对设备要求及焊接过程参数监测和控制技术等方面进行研究,提升全省激光焊接产业的核心竞争力。同时,要加快制定相关国家标准和出台鼓励焊接设备采购国产化的政策,更好地推动激光焊接产业的创新发展,为建设航空航天、交通、海洋强国,提供重要的装备技术支撑。
